Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko presented Doctor of Science diplomas and professor certificates to academic, research and teaching staff at a solemn ceremony in the Palace of Independence on 31 January, BelTA has learned.

The Doctor of Science diplomas were awarded to 11 scientists.
