This was reported at a meeting Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee Head of Citizens Complaints Department and legal entities Ilona Shulga.

In the regional executive committee and local government in the regions in 2019 received 37.6 thousand calls. This is about 1 thousand less than in 2018.
