This indicator, according to Konstantin Cherny, deputy chairman of the economy committee of the oblast executive committee, was ensured by organizations that have a stable distribution network abroad, diversify supplies in regions of the world, sell finished goods, rather than raw semi-finished products, use an electronic sales system and are announced at foreign tenders.
