Sown areas of all crops in Vitebsk oblast will be increased

The sown area of all crops in Vitebsk oblast in 2020 will be increased. This was reported by the chairman of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee Nikolai Sherstnev before the start of a round table with the heads of regions and largest agricultural organizations of the oblast on the arrangement of the upcoming sowing campaign

The sown area of all crops in Vitebsk oblast in 2020 will be increased. This was reported by the chairman of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee Nikolai Sherstnev before the start of a round table with the heads of regions and largest agricultural organizations of the oblast on the arrangement of the upcoming sowing campaign. 

“This year, we intend to increase almost all the sown area for all agricultural crops. In general, we should grow by about 15-18% quantitatively,” the head of the oblast said.
