On July 11, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko will pay a working visit to the Vitebsk oblast, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Head of State. Alexander Lukashenko is expected to take part in the opening of renovated maternity hospital N1 in Vitebsk. In the evening the Head of State will welcome the opening of the International Festival of Arts Slavonic Bazaar in Vitebsk.
