VITEBSK, 18 April (BelTA) – The first phase of ticket sales for the 23rd International Festival of Arts Slavonic Bazaar in Vitebsk is starting in Vitebsk on 18-19 April, BelTA learnt from the Vitebsk Culture Center.

Preparations for the event were discussed among other matters at the meeting between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Germany Andrei Giro and Chairman of the Board of the German Energy Agency (DENA) Stephan Kohler in Berlin, representatives of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry told BelTA.
